I have been so busy this couple of weeks that I just haven't kept track of what I have been doing. The numbers are in again but nothing more than that. I am long overdue for a rest and the Xmas holidays can't come soon enough. 

I did manage a cross-country race on Saturday. It was a decent run but the fatigue was measurable on the last lap.
