Training Review - Week 12

So Coronavirus has arrived and the world has ended. Or so it seems. 

One job has sent me to work from home for a month, while the other is desperate for me to come in and work shifts pretty much every day. 

I am still managing to run every day, and up until they closed the pool, I was swimming plenty, and faster. I haven't managed to find time for the turbo so my bike miles are down despite getting a couple of outdoor rides in. 

I am still way short on all the other sessions. I had started weekly yoga at work, only to then be sent home the next week.
